Shipping Charges: Free shipping for all orders over $50.00. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise notified.

Running D Ranch Clinic Refund Policy: All clinic deposits are non-refundable. If you provide a substitute rider for the clinic, we will refund your deposit, less a $25 processing fee after the substitute rider pays in full. If you cancel your clinic reservation by phone, (719)748-8543, 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the clinic date, you may apply your deposit to a different clinic held at Running D Ranch during the same calendar year. Clinics held off-site are managed by the clinic host. Each clinic host is authorized to set his or her own refund policies.

Training Payment Policy: A deposit is required to reserve training time for your horse. All training deposits are non-refundable. If you need to re-schedule training for any reason, please call (719)748-8543. There are no refunds for cancellations. A 1-month training balance is due when your horse arrives at Running D Ranch. Additional months’ payments are due at the beginning of each month’s training.

Product Exchanges & Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact us via email or phone to return or exchange merchandise. There is a 60-day limit for returns or exchanges. Merchandise must be in unused condition for return or exchange. Defective merchandise (not damaged under regular use) may be exchanged at any time.

Running D Ranch, LLC Returned Check Policy: All returned checks are subject to a $50 returned check fee in addition to the original amount of the check. Fees and the original amount are due within 30 days of the check being returned. Thereafter, an additional charge of $10 per week will be assessed.
